|If you have forgotten your password, you will unfortunately not be able to access your original case through
the
portal.
|To continue communication regarding your report, please submit a new case. In the description, include any
information that can help us identify your original submission, such as:
- |The case number (if you remember it)
- |The date the original report was submitted
- |A short reference to the original report
|This allows us to link your new submission with the existing case while maintaining the security and
anonymity of
the system.
